Pricing

As​ ​one​ ​of​ ​many​ ​Arizona​ ​media​ ​production​ ​companies,​ ​we​ ​aim​ ​to​ ​differentiate​ ​ourselves​ ​not​ ​only by​ ​the​ ​talents​ ​we​ ​employ​ ​as​ ​a​ ​creative​ ​collective​ ​but​ ​also​ ​by​ ​the​ ​affordability​ ​and​ ​transparency in​ ​our​ ​pricing​ ​model. 

Pre-Production

Pre-Production​ ​(included​ ​in​ ​any​ ​Production​ ​package):​ ​*Up​ ​to​ ​4​ ​hours​ ​of​ ​research​ ​& development,​ ​conceptual​ ​preparation​ ​and​ ​creation​ ​of​ ​storyboards,​ ​schedules​ ​and/or​ ​shot-lists, production​ ​preparation,​ ​travel​ ​preparation,​ ​and​ ​production​ ​scheduling.​ ​

*All​ ​video/photo​ ​shoots​ ​require​ ​a​ ​minimum​ ​of​ ​2​ ​crew​ ​members.​ ​We​ ​offer​ ​a​ ​3rd​ ​crew​ ​member option,​ ​which​ ​allows​ ​the​ ​choice​ ​to​ ​use​ ​a​ ​photographer​ ​as​ ​your​ ​3rd​ ​crew​ ​member,​ ​for​ ​a​ ​video​ ​& photo​ ​package.​ ​Prices​ ​are​ ​subject​ ​to​ ​change​ ​at​ ​the​ ​discretion​ ​of​ ​the​ ​company,​ ​and​ ​will​ ​vary​ ​for every​ ​project​ ​which​ ​will​ ​be​ ​laid​ ​out​ ​in​ ​each​ ​contract.

Production

**All​ ​videos​ ​include​ ​licensed​ ​music,​ ​color​ ​correction,​ ​sound​ ​editing,​ ​video​ ​&​ ​photo​ ​editing,​ ​basic motion​ ​graphics​ ​which​ ​include​ ​an​ ​intro/outro​ ​logo​ ​animation​ ​and​ ​branded​ ​lower​ ​thirds​ ​(with assets​ ​provided​ ​by​ ​the​ ​client).​ ​Additional​ ​charges​ ​may​ ​occur​ ​if​ ​assets​ ​cannot​ ​be​ ​provided​ ​and remade
*All​ ​projects,​ ​or​ ​portions​ ​of​ ​projects​ ​requiring​ ​Animation​ ​(i.e.​ ​3D,​ ​2D,​ ​2.5D​ ​“photo​ ​animation”, etc.),​ ​CGI,​ ​keying​ ​and​ ​compositing​ ​(i.e.​ ​green​ ​screen,​ ​blue​ ​screen,​ ​roto-scoping,​ ​motion masking,​ ​etc.). 

Post Production

What to expect from Rollcrew's 6-month* Subscription: 

 

A 6-month forecast of deliverables that are defined and scheduled during your first month's creative session. Rollcrew helps with your strategy at the start of your 6-month journey with us, as your video partner!

What Rollcrew will deliver each month: 

 

Creative session with strategy (up to an hour) initiates Rollcrew's project at start of every month. 

One half day (up to 5 hours) shoot and 40 hours of post production.

Any photography or footage we can capture in 5 hours of shoot time, Rollcrew's time is yours! You can group up to 3 months to increase the amount of production and post production for future use**

*6-month contract, paid monthly. Monthly subscription of $2,500, commitment of 6 months. Service begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. You’ll be charged the rate stated at the time of purchase, every month for the duration of your 6-month contract. Your contract will renew automatically, on your 6-month renewal date, unless Rollcrew Media LLC is notified of cancellation. Renewal rates are subject to change, but Rollcrew Media LLC will always notify you beforehand. If you cancel within 7 days of your order, you’ll be fully refunded, as long as no services has been provided. Should you cancel after 7 days, you must give notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the last membership payment you will make. You will be charged 50% of your last month's obligation. (For example, if your membership payments are due on the 15th day of each month, Rollcrew Media LLC will charge 50% of your last membership payment to be made on April 15, you must cancel your membership no later than March 15.)  
**Combining months is limited to a maximum of 3 months, or 90 hours and 3 half day shoot. Client can only combine month's allowances that have been paid for on that month's due date. 

We understand how big of a stretch it is for certain companies to have a marketing budget, so we offer subscription models to help facilitate payment and guide you through a content strategy for your brand. We’ll supply you with everything you need, to put your brand's stamp on the internet world.
